A little sweet, a little spicy, and perfectly piquant, Bombay to Goa is made with lots of love in small batches.  We’ve curated the perfect combination of eggplant, ginger, garlic, chilies, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, vinegar, oil, and a few family secrets that will add distinction to any dish/creation. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy Bombay to Goa with Brie en croute, spread on toast and sandwiches, as an accompaniment with cheese and crackers, as a topping on any pasta or rice dish, and even incorporated into stews and soups to add some tang and texture.

 The name is an homage to Bollywood and one of my favorite classic films from the motherland, which depicts many travelers that share a journey and create a story together. For me, this relish resembles the adventure and coming together of my passion and these many flavors into one inaugural. I hope you love eating it as much as I love making it for you.
